Job Title: Sr Python Developer - Network Automation (Telecom Background)
Location: Irving TX – Locals
• Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on network automation.
2. Strong experience in telecom environments with knowledge of core telecom network protocols.
3. Proven track record of implementing network automation solutions at scale in telecom or ISP environments.
• Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in Python programming, with an emphasis on libraries and frameworks for network automation (e.g., Netmiko, Nornir, PyATS, Napalm).
2. Hands-on experience with network management protocols (SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF).
3. Knowledge of network protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
4. Familiarity with telecom hardware and software platforms.
5. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
2. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
3. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
